UNIVERSITY OF INDIANAPOLIS – ESCH HALL

This 100,000 square foot project provides much needed space for administrative and faculty offices and classrooms, and establishes a new, unmistakable front door for the University.

The facility includes space for admissions, financial aid, business office, registrar, human resources, School of Adult Learning, School of Education, College of Arts and Sciences, School of Communication, and the Center for Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL).

The addition is organized around an open, inviting two-story lobby featuring a coffered ceiling, glass railings and dark woodwork.  The lobby serves as an area for the admissions office to stage campus tours while providing a warm and welcoming first impression to all who enter.

Red brick, cast stone and glass exterior materials combine to form a seamless addition that harmonizes with the existing campus.
